Lucina advises on a broad range of corporate matters. Her clients include large listed and unlisted companies as well as financial investors. She advises on transformations and reorganizations such as carve-outs, spin-offs, joint ventures and taking-private transactions, as well as on corporate advisory matters and ESG.

An important focus of Lucina's work is advising the boards of listed companies on compliance and directors' liabilities issues, capital market communication, service agreements of executive board members and sustainability matters. She also regularly supports listed companies in organizing their general meetings.
