Thomas specialises in dispute resolution as well as corporate and capital markets law. In dispute resolution, a recent focus of his work has been to advise and represent clients in cartel damage lawsuits before German and European courts, where he currently acts as counsel in a number of pending high stakes cases across a range of sectors. With a formal background in both economics and law, Thomas always has a strong focus on the crucial economic parameters of a case.
Thomas joined Hengeler Mueller in 2008, and became partner in 2016. He is a university lecturer at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg.
