Daniela advises domestic and international companies, banks and funds in a broad range of financing transactions and instruments with a particular focus on M&A related acquisition financings. She advises financial and strategic investors and banks in connection with both private M&A deals as well as public takeovers. Syndicated loans, Schuldschein loans, bank-bond-financings and similar financing instruments form part of the product range Daniela regularly accompanies. In addition, Daniela maintains a substantive corporate finance practice supporting listed and unlisted companies in their group-wide financing activities including subsidized loans provided by institutions such as the European Investment Bank or KfW.
Daniela qualified in 2008 and joined Hengeler Mueller in 2010 following completion of her LL.M. in Berkeley in 2008/09 and her doctoral thesis in 2009/10. She became partner at Hengeler Mueller in 2017.
