Lucero Celeste Ramírez Izaguirre is co-head of the Insurance Practice Group at Rodríguez Angobaldo, a Ph.D. candidate in Law at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, and a specialist in Insurance Law from the Universidad de Salamanca (Spain). She is the author of the book “Nulidad del contrato de seguro” (Invalidity of Insurance Contracts), as well as various scholarly articles on civil law and insurance.

Her professional practice focuses on insurance, reinsurance, civil liability, and complex litigation, advising insurance and reinsurance companies, financial institutions, and domestic and international firms on highly complex judicial, arbitration, and regulatory disputes, including those with cross-border elements.

Lucero Celeste Ramírez Izaguirre (Callao, 1992) is an attorney specializing in litigation and arbitration, with an outstanding track record in civil law and insurance law. She has been a fellow of the 7th United Nations International Program and a correspondent for the International Litigation and Arbitration Program in Latin America—Mexico.

She has represented clients in complex disputes involving insurance, civil liability, and contract law before the courts, arbitral tribunals, and administrative agencies. Her practice encompasses the development of litigation strategies, the prevention and management of legal risks, and the defense of clients in matters of high technical and economic complexity. She also advises on the legal structuring of insurance products and on claims arising from insurance incidents.
