Jaime Heredia Tamayo

Jaime has been a partner at Rodríguez Angobaldo Abogados since April 2018. He is a lawyer with master’s studies in Procedural Law from Universidad de San Martín de Porres (USMP), Lima, Peru. He was also a professor of Civil Procedural Law at the same university. He holds a certification in arbitration from Universidad Austral, Argentina, and serves as an arbitrator at the AmCham Peru Arbitration Center. With more than 25 years of experience, Jaime is recognized as an expert litigator in judicial and arbitral proceedings, as well as in complex administrative litigation, including tax and regulatory, civil, commercial, and infrastructure disputes. He also participates as a speaker at academic conferences on arbitration and civil procedural law, both nationally and internationally.
