Fernando is the founding partner and director of Rodríguez Angobaldo Abogados. He is a lawyer from the Faculty of Law and Political Science of Universidad de San Martín de Porres (USMP), Lima, Peru (1990-1995). He holds a master’s degree in Business Law from Universidad de Lima, Lima, Peru, and a master’s degree in Procedural Law and Dispute Resolution from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC), Lima, Peru. He participated in the Management Programme for Lawyers at Yale School of Management, Yale University, Connecticut, United States. He has more than 25 years of experience in civil, corporate and insurance law, as well as in complex litigation and arbitration. His practice focuses on the design and execution of strategies for the prevention, management and resolution of disputes, with knowledge of the financial sector. He has handled complex arbitrations and contentious proceedings before the Judiciary, public entities and the Constitutional Court. He draws on his experience as a legal counsel in the financial sector, where he handled complex arbitration proceedings and contentious mandates brought before the Judiciary, the government, and the Constitutional Court.
