An attorney specializing in administrative law and competition law. His practice includes advising and representing companies in administrative proceedings before Indecopi, SUSALUD, the Superintendency of the Securities Market (SMV), and the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data. He also provides strategic advice and prepares legal opinions on matters related to consumer protection, unfair competition, free competition, health regulations, insurance, and personal data protection.

Before joining Rodríguez Angobaldo Abogados, he was a member of the Litigation and Disputes and Consumer, Competition, and Unfair Practices practice groups at Estudio Muñiz, as well as Consumer Protection Commissions No. 1 and 2 of the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property.

He joined Rodríguez Angobaldo Abogados in 2018, becoming part of the Litigation and Disputes practice group. Since 2021, he has led the firm’s Consumer and Competition practice group. In recognition of his career and professional performance, he was promoted to Senior Associate in 2023 and to Principal Associate in 2026, a position he currently holds.

He has also driven the growth and consolidation of the Consumer and Competition team, strengthening its capabilities to handle increasingly sophisticated matters and expanding its involvement in administrative proceedings, specialized consulting, and regulatory compliance projects.
