Luca Gambini

Luca focuses his practice on M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions with over 15 years of experience. He is co- head of the Firm’s Life Sciences-Healthcare Practice Group.

Luca assists domestic and foreign investors and corporate clients at all stages of development (from Italian emerging companies to large corporate groups) across the spectrum of life sciences and technology industries, including biotechnology, medical devices, pharmaceutical, and digital and information technology sectors. The majority of his work relates to cross-border strategic deals in the mid-market space and VC transactions from seed funding up to Series A and other later stage investments.

Luca has also gained a strong and extensive experience on commercial contracts for clients operating in the above-mentioned industries, including the drafting and negotiation of manufacturing, supply, distribution, sales, logistics and service contracts, as well as research and development, clinical trials, and other commercial and IT agreements with strategic partners.
