Luca Gambini

With 20 years of experience, Luca Gambini is Co-Head of the Firm's Life Sciences-Healthcare Practice Group and focuses his practice primarily on cross-border M&A and strategic transactions in the mid-market space, as well as venture capital deals ranging from early-stage and Series A rounds to subsequent later-stage investments.

Luca assists domestic and international investors and corporate clients at all stages of development - from Italian emerging companies to large multinational groups - operating in the life sciences and technology industries, including biotechnology, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, digital technologies and information technology sectors.

Luca has also developed substantial expertise in complex commercial and partnership contracts for clients operating in the aforementioned industries, including cooperation agreements, joint ventures and strategic partnerships with industry players and technology providers.
