Elisa Stefanini

Elisa is co-head of the Life Sciences-Healthcare and Administrative Law teams. She has an extensive experience in regulatory and administrative law matters with a particular focus on the Life Sciences sector.

She assists national and international clients with respect to all matters concerning the placing on the market, promotion and advertising of pharmaceuticals and medical devices, food supplements, etc. She also has significant experience in the clinical trials field, including in the issues concerning the processing of genetic data and the use of biobanks.

She advises on Life Sciences regulatory matters in the context of M&A transactions.

After being awarded a cum laude Law Degree by the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in 2004, Elisa earned a post-graduate diploma at the European University Institute in Fiesole in 2006 and completed her Ph.D. in Constitutional Law at the Università degli Studi di Milano in 2008. During her Ph.D, she conducted research at the King’s College London.

From 2006 to 2010 she was Contract Professor in Public and Constitutional Law at the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi.

She authors several academic publications and articles on specialized magazines in the field of Life Sciences and participates as a speaker in numerous conferences and seminars.
