Andrea advises companies on a broad range of employment issues: employment contracts also for directors and top managers, consulting agreements, non-competition covenant, bonus and stock option plans, employee privacy, individual and collective dismissal and disciplinary sanctions, posting of workers, collective redundancies, proceedings in the event of company transfer or merger, codes of conduct, employee policies.

A trusted figure for contentious issues, Andrea assists clients in employment court proceedings at all levels, as well as in trade union negotiations and arbitration and mediation.

Andrea is admitted to represent clients before the Italian highest courts.

Andrea has authored numerous articles in employment law journals: since 2010 he co-authors the Italian chapter of the book ABA/BNA International Restrictive Covenants and of Doing Business reports, published by the World Bank.
