Career

Loic has extensive experience in the tax structuring of French and cross-border transactions. His practice covers all taxation issues relating to M&A, complex reorganizations, and real property transactions. He is more particularly involved in the taxation aspects of acquisition financing and on the specific tax issues of investors and senior managers, both French and foreign.

Loïc also represents the clients of the firm in their relationships with the French tax authorities, applying for tax rulings or in the course of tax audits.

Loïc joined the firm after having spent successively 3 years and 6 years in the Paris office of an English law and a US law firm.

He is a member of the French Tax Lawyers Institute (Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux).
