Isabelle Touré-Farah, Partner at Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier, is one of the leading specialists on Capital Markets transactions and plays a key role in advising on complex and high-profile ECM transactions in France.

Her practice focuses on equity capital markets, including IPOs (notably spin-offs), capital increases (rights issues and reserved capital increases), accelerated bookbuild offerings and equity-linked instruments.
