Certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association as a Real Property Law Specialist, Lloyd represents financial institutions, corporations and institutional investors in connection with their national real estate equity investment and financing activities.

He assists insurance companies, investment funds and banks in structuring and closing investment and financing transactions, including joint ventures and partnerships; acquisitions and sales of commercial real estate; mortgage lending and development; and corporate real estate sale and lease-backs. Lloyd's depth of deal experience across multiple investment structures permits him to offer crucial counsel to his clients in successfully negotiating and closing the deal.

Prior to joining Fox, Lloyd was a partner at Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly LLP.
