Lisa Swaine

Lisa is a dispute resolution and litigation specialist. She has extensive experience and expertise in all aspects of insurance and has represented and advised local and international underwriters, underwriting managers, brokers and insureds. She provides advice on issues of enterprise risk management, coverage and claims in both the long- and short-term industries. She provides members of the insurance industry with advice on policy wording, cover and reviews insurance for the purpose of conducting legal due diligence work in relation to corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, Warranty and Indemnity Insurance in relation to corporate transactions, and new projects and ventures. She also has considerable experience in insurance litigation and dispute resolution in matters relating to mining, construction and engineering, asset insurance and business interruption, casualty and liability, directors and officers liability, commercial crime, cybercrime, transport and cargo, medical and healthcare liability, products liability, and professional negligence.​
