Khurshid Fazel

​​Khurshid specialises in banking and finance transactions with a particular focus on preference share funding transactions as well as restructurings and general finance transactions including acquisition finance, leveraged finance, fund financing, real estate financing and hybrid debt instruments. The lenders that she represents are mainly South African banks and financial institutions and the borrowers that she represents include South African corporates and private equity funds. She also advises international banks in respect of funding transactions to South African corporates.​
