Extensive experience advising in real estate investment deals, real estate financing, project development work and collective sales. Represents developers in acquisitions and project development sales. Advises on foreign ownership of residential land and stamp duties (ABSD/SSD/ACD). Prominent projects include the collective sale of Farrer Court (largest to-date), collective purchase of Tampines Court (largest collective sale deal in period 2017 to 2019), acquisition of Wilkie Edge (commercial building) and Sembawang Shopping Centre, and sale of Chevron House at Raffles Place (largest commercial real estate deal of 2019).
