Emily Low

Emily is a Senior Partner and deputy head of Dentons Rodyk’s Corporate practice group. She is also the Co-Head of the Investment Funds practice.

Emily focuses on fund formation work and advises clients on a wide range of private investment funds, including private equity funds, venture capital funds, real estate and infrastructure funds, hybrid funds, hedge funds and fund of funds. She has also advised sovereign wealth funds and large private equity funds on their investments into private investment funds.

Emily also advises clients on licensing and regulatory matters. She has assisted numerous clients with their applications for capital markets services licence for fund management business in Singapore and advised on licensing exemptions and investment product offering requirements in Singapore.

Emily also advises high-net-worth individuals and family offices on a myriad of regulatory and structuring issues, including the establishment of single- and multi-family offices, and the establishment of family investment funds and holding structures for their investments in the region.
