Mr. Hao has been practicing law in the energy and power industry for more than 20 years. He has accumulated profound knowledge and rich practical experience in the development and construction, investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions of energy projects. His practice primarily focuses on the new energy area, such as wind power, photovoltaic, and energy storage projects. His expertise and dedication have won the trust and praises of many central enterprises and large enterprise groups, including SPIC, CEEC, CR Power, and so on. In recent years, under Mr. Hao's leadership, his team has advised on hundreds of energy and infrastructure projects and represented clients in a large number of complicated and significant cases related to EPC general contracting, construction, project financing, equity trading, etc., establishing a strong track record in this field.

Mr. Hao has published dozens of papers in journals such as "Tendering & Purchasing Management". He has edited multiple books on legal practice, including "Legal Practice of Development, Construction, Investment and M&A in New Energy Projects", which have received wide acclaim in the industry. He has been listed as the Leading Energy & Natural Resources Lawyer by Chambers & Partners since 2013.
