Lauren is regularly involved in significant M&A transactions, corporate re-organisations and other corporate advisory and transactional work for some of the largest (life and non-life) insurers. Lauren also has extensive experience of working on Part VII portfolio transfers, reinsurance transactions, restructurings (including schemes of arrangement), Lloyd’s transactions and insurance company acquisitions by financial sponsors. In addition to her transactional work, Lauren also advises on regulatory matters affecting insurers, including Brexit.
