Kunio Miyaoka

Mr. Miyaoka specializes in dispute resolution, crisis management/regulatory compliance, and international trade law. He is experienced in handling large and complex disputes and cross-border regulatory issues. As a former legal officer at the WTO Appellate Body and Japan's METI, Mr. Miyaoka has deep expertise in the WTO Agreement, FTAs, export controls, economic sanctions, and other economic security-related regulations.
