Career

Attorney Kui LI, holds a Master’s degree in Law from Zhengzhou University Law School. Commencing legal practice in 1999, he has garnered recognition as an Excellent Lawyer in Henan Province and currently serves as the Director of Shanghai City Development Law Firm Zhengzhou Office.

Work Highlights

For a long time, he has made pivotal breakthroughs in both legal practice and theoretical research of construction engineering, being a rare expert lawyer. Currently, he is engaged as an off-campus master’s supervisor by prestigious universities including Renmin University of China. He was honored as "Son of Oriental Architecture" by Architecture Times.

He is not only an outstanding lawyer, but also serves as an arbitrator for multiple arbitration institutions and a dispute review expert. He is an arbitrator with high credibility in the industry, having acted as an arbitrator for over ten arbitration institutions such as the "Belt and Road (China) Arbitration Court", "Hong Kong Regional Office of the Asian-African Legal Consultative Organization", "Zhengzhou Arbitration Commission" and "Wuhan Arbitration Commission".

长期以来，他在建设工程法律实践与理论研究方面均有关键突破，是少有的专家型律师，当前被中国人民大学等知名高校聘为校外硕士生导师。建筑时报曾评选他为“东方建筑之子”。他不仅是一名杰出律师，还担任多家仲裁机构的仲裁员以及争议评审专家。他是业内极具公信力的仲裁员，曾担任“一带一路（中国）仲裁院”“亚非法律协商组织香港区域”“郑州仲裁委”“武汉仲裁委”等十余家仲裁机构的仲裁员。
