Attorney Kui LI, a member of China Democratic League, holds a Master’s degree in Law from Zhengzhou University Law School. Commencing legal practice in 1999, he has garnered recognition as an Excellent Lawyer in Henan Province and currently serves as the Director of City Development Law Firm Zhengzhou Office.

Work Highlights

Attorney Kui LI, Director of City Development Law Firm Zhengzhou Office, has long served as a Member of the Construction Engineering and Real Estate Professional Committee of the All China Lawyers Association, Chairman of the Construction and Real Estate Legal Affairs Committee of the Henan Lawyers Association, Arbitrator at the Belt and Road (China) Arbitration Institute, and expert member of the Construction Engineering Dispute Review Committee of the Zhengzhou Arbitration Commission. Continuously recognized as one of the “60 Most Recommended Chinese Lawyers in Engineering Law” by GNR in 2015 and 2017, as well as an Excellent Lawyer in Henan Province. Shanghai City Development Law Firm Zhengzhou Office actively contributes to legislative efforts in the national construction engineering sector.

Furthermore, attorney LI has been a member of the research group for the Supreme People’s Court’s Draft Suggestions on Judicial Interpretation of Priority Rights in Construction Projects, and has participated in the revision of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development’s Management Measures for the Identification and Handling of Acts Including Construction Project Construction Subcontracting and Illegal Subcontracting (Trial).
