Mr. Song is a construction law specialist and has a wide range of experience in contractual and commercial matters regarding overseas projects, especially on aspects of project financing and delivery across the energy and infrastructure sectors. Mr. Song has been practicing law in the fields of energy, electricity (including hydro-power, thermal power, nuclear power, solar power, wind power and power grid), oil and gas, mineral resources, highway, railway, airport, port, bridge, offshore (marine) engineering, housing construction and municipal infrastructure, etc., and specializes in international construction and engineering, investment and financing, overseas project operation and maintenance, import and export of complete sets of equipment, other complex trade, technology import and export, commercial disputes, and risk prevention and control of overseas projects. Mr. Song is highly recognized by clients.

Career

Mr. Song leads the international legal service department and is a senior and managing partner of City Development Law Firm Beijing Office. Before working at City Development Law Firm, Mr. Song was an in-house counsel at a reputable state-owned company in civil and engineering sector, and a partner of Sunshine Law Firm.
