Mr. Tang Hao has been providing legal services for dispute resolution for various types of construction projects, and has also made notable achievements in areas such as creditor's revocation rights disputes, third-party revocation lawsuits, and corporate commercial disputes related to construction cases in recent years.

1.在新冠疫情爆发初期，唐浩律师响应司法行政机关号召，积极投身抗疫工作，于2020年获得云南省律师行业党委颁发的“云南省律师行业疫情防控和复工复产工作先进个人“称号

During the pandemic, lawyer Tang Hao responded to the call of the judicial and administrative authorities and actively participated in the fight against the epidemic. 1.唐浩律师作为主要代理律师，代理原告中铁建设集团有限公司诉昆明海伦堡房地产开发有限公司及其关联公司建设工程施工合同纠纷案，争议标的10亿余元，经云南省高院、官渡区法院等生效判决原告中铁集团全面胜诉，工程款诉请支持超过80%，现判决已生效并进入强制执行。

Lawyer Tang Hao represented the plaintiff, China Railway Construction Group Co., Ltd. in its lawsuit against Kunming Helenberg Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and affiliated companies. This construction contract dispute case focused on a disputed subject worth more than 1 billion yuan. The Yunnan Provincial High Court and Guandu District Court ruled in favor of the plaintiff, and upheld the claim of more than 80% of the project payment. The judgment is now in effect and subject to enforcement.

2.唐浩律师作为主要代理律师，在代理中铁建设集团有限公司工程款纠纷胜诉后，代理原告中铁建设集团有限公司诉昆明市海伦堡房地产开发有限公司及其关联公司债权人撤销权纠纷系列案件，争议标的3亿余元，经昆明市中院、官渡区法院等生效判决原告中铁建设集团有限公司全面胜诉，诉请获得全面支持并进入强制执行；最终为中铁建设集团有限公司挽回数亿元资产。

Lawyer Tang Hao represented China Railway Construction Group Co., Ltd. in its lawsuit against Kunming Helenberg Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and affiliated companies. The dispute was over the right of revocation of creditors, and had more than 300 million yuan at stake. The Kunming Intermediate People's Court and Guandu District Court ruled in favor of the plaintiff, and upheld all the legal claims. The ruling in effect and subject to enforcement, saving hundreds of millions of yuan in assets for China Railway Construction Group Co., Ltd

3.唐浩律师作为主要代理律师，代理原告五矿国际信托有限公司诉成都福爱屋教育科技有限公司债权转让合同纠纷案，争议标的超4.5亿余元，经西宁市中院判决原告水电五矿国际信托有限公司全面胜诉，现判决已生效并进入强制执行。

Lawyer Tang Hao represented the plaintiff, Minmetals International Trust Co., Ltd., in a debt transfer contract dispute against Chengdu Fuaiwu Education Technology Co., Ltd., with a disputed amount exceeding RMB 450 million. The Xining Intermediate People's Court ruled in favor of the plaintiff, Minmetals International Trust Co., Ltd., and the ruling is in effect and subject to enforcement.

4.唐浩律师作为主要代理律师，代理原告云南新世纪滇池国际文化旅游会展商贸有限公司公司诉东方环球（昆明）国际会展运营管理有限公司、东方环球国际会展集团有限公司房屋租赁合同纠纷案，争议标的超7500余万元，经昆明市官渡法院、昆明市中院判决原告南新世纪滇池国际文化旅游会展商贸有限公司公司全面胜诉，现判决已生效并进入强制执行。该案中唐浩律师成功争取法院生效判决认定第二被告作为第一被告的唯一股东，其未能证实公司财产独立于股东自己的财产，故第二股东应对第一股东的债务承担连带责任。

Lawyer Tang Hao represented the plantiff, Yunnan New Century Dianchi International Cultural Tourism Convention & Exhibition Trade Co., Ltd. in a lawsuit against Oriental Global (Kunming) International Convention & Exhibition Operation Management Co., Ltd. and Oriental Global International Convention & Exhibition Group Co., Ltd. regarding a housing lease contract dispute. The disputed amount exceeded 75 million yuan. The Kunming Guandu District Court and the Kunming Intermediate People's Court ruled in full favor of the plaintiff, Yunnan New Century Dianchi International Cultural Tourism Convention & Exhibition Trade Co., Ltd. The judgment is now in effect and subject to enforcement. In this case, Attorney Tang Hao successfully secured a court judgment recognizing the second defendant as the sole shareholder of the first defendant. Since the second defendant failed to prove that the company's assets were independent of the shareholder's personal assets, the second shareholder should bear joint liabilities for the debts of the first shareholder.

5.唐浩律师作为主要代理律师，代理原告中国水利水电第十四工程局有限公司诉贵州铜仁市交运局及其下属各区县交运局施工合同纠纷案，争议标的8.7亿余元，经铜仁市中院、贵州高院判决原告中国水利水电第十四工程局有限公司全面胜诉，工程款诉请支持超过95%，现判决已生效并进入强制执行；其中高达数千万元的未到期工程款债权，主张提前加速到期获得法院支持。

Lawyer Tang Hao represented the plaintiff, Sinohydro Bureau 14th Co., Ltd., in a construction contract dispute with Tongren Transportation Bureau and its subordinates, involving a claim of over 870 million yuan. The Tongren Intermediate People's Court and Guizhou High Court ruled in favor of the plaintiff, Sinohydro Bureau 14th Co., Ltd, upholding over 95% of its claims for project payment. The judgment has come into effect and been subject to enforcement. The court upheld the claim for acceleration of outstanding construction payments. The claim for early acceleration of the maturity of the outstanding construction payment, which amounts to tens of millions of yuan, has been upheld by the court.

6.唐浩律师作为主要代理律师，代理原告中国水利水电第十四工程局有限公司诉中国建筑第六工程局有限公司借款纠纷，成功获得胜诉。在工程款与借款存在混同的情况下，综合组织本案及关联案件证据，最终获得昆明市中级人民法院、云南省高级人民法院对中国水利水电第十四工程局有限公司诉请的全部支持并强制执行完毕。

Lawyer Tang Hao, as the lead attorney, represented Sinohydro Bureau 14th Co., Ltd. in a loan dispute against China Construction No. 6 Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd., and won the case. In a situation where project payments and loans were commingled, by comprehensively organizing the evidence in this case and related cases, aultimately obtained full support from the Kunming Intermediate People's Court and the Yunnan Provincial Higher People's Court for the claims of the plaintiff and the judgment has been enforced.

7.唐浩律师作为主要代理律师，代理原告中国水利水电第十四工程局有限公司诉石林同策旅游文化产业投资有限公司建设工程施工合同纠纷案（大型城市综合体项目），争议标的3.9亿元，经云南省高院一审判决原告中国水利水电第十四工程局有限公司全面胜诉，工程款诉请支持超过90%，现判决已生效。

Lawyer Tang Hao represented the plaintiff, Sinohydro Bureau 14th Co., Ltd. in its lawsuit against Shilin Tongce Tourism and Culture Industry Investment Co., Ltd. over a construction contract for a large-scale urban complex. The disputed subject was worth 390 million yuan. Yunnan Provincial High Court ruled in the first instance in favor of the plaintiff, upholding the claim of more than 90% of the construction project payment. The judgment has come into effect.

8.唐浩律师作为主要代理律师，代理原告中国水利水电第十四工程局有限公司诉昭通源博房地产开发经营有限公司、昭通市云房房地产开发经营有限公司建设工程施工合同纠纷案（大型城市综合体项目），案件标的为3.5亿元，云南省高院一审判决原告中国水利水电第十四工程局有限公司全面胜诉，工程款诉请支持超过90%，最高院二审维持一审判决。

Lawyer Tang Hao represented the plaintiff, Sinohydro Bureau 14th Co., Ltd. in its lawsuit against Zhaotong Yuanbo Real Estate Development and Management Co., Ltd. and Zhaotong Yunfang Real Estate Development and Management Co., Ltd. over a construction contract for a large-scale urban complex. The disputed subject was worth 350 million yuan. Yunnan Provincial High Court ruled in favor of the plaintiff in the first instance, upholding the claim of over 90% of the project payment. The Supreme People's Court upheld the first-instance judgment in its second-instance trial.

9.唐浩律师作为主要代理律师，代理原告云南省设计院集团有限公司诉龙陵县人民政府建设工程施工合同纠纷案，案件标的为1.75亿元，龙陵县人民法院一审判决原告云南省设计院集团有限公司全面胜诉，工程款诉请100%全额支持，一审判决现已生效。

Lawyer Tang Hao represented the plaintiff, Yunnan Design Institute Group Co., Ltd. in a lawsuit against People's Government of Longling County related to a construction contract dispute. The subject matter of the case was worth 175 million yuan. The People's Court of Longling County rendered a first-instance judgment in favor of the plaintiff in full, upholding100% of the claimed project payment. The first-instance judgment has come into effect.

10.唐浩律师作为主要代理律师，代理被告晋宁坤晟房地产开发有限公司与陕西建工机械施工集团有限公司建设工程施工合同纠纷案（住宅项目），案件最终在最高人民法院调解，与一审云南省高级人民法院判决金额相比，被告晋宁坤晟房地产开发有限公司最终承担金额减少30%以上。

Lawyer Tang Hao represented the defendant, Jinning Kunsheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and Shaanxi Construction Machinery Construction Group Co., Ltd. in the construction contract dispute case (residential project). The case was ultimately mediated by the Supreme People's Court. Compared with the earlier judgement from the Yunnan Higher People's Court in the first instance, the final payment by the defendant was reduced by more than 30%

11.唐浩律师作为主要代理律师，代理原告中国长城资产管理股份有限公司云南省分公司，以抵押权人身份提起对工程款优先权撤销诉讼，案件标的7千余万元，并于贵州省高级人民法院二审胜诉。

Lawyer Tang Hao represented the plaintiff, Yunnan Branch of China Great Wall Asset Management Co., Ltd., acting as the mortgagee, initiated a third-party revocation lawsuit with priority over the project payment. The subject matter of the case was worth more than 70 million yuan, and won the second instance in the Guizhou Higher People's Court.

12.唐浩律师作为主要代理律师，代理被告中国水电建设集团十五工程局有限公司与安宁市神龙建筑装饰装璜工程有限公司施工合同纠纷，神龙公司起诉金额约1千万元，法院最终判决中国水电建设集团十五工程局有限公司仅承担60万元。

Lawyer Tang Hao represented Sinohydro Corporation Engineering Bureau 15 Co. Ltd. in a construction contract dispute with Anning Shenlong Construction and Decoration Co., Ltd. Shenlong sued for approximately 10 million yuan. The court ultimately ruled that Sinohydro Corporation Engineering Bureau 15 Co. Ltd. only need to bear 600,000 yuan.
