Mr. Han is the deputy director of City Development Law Firm and practices mainly in the fields of construction engineering, specializing in EPC engineering projects, his practice areas also include compliance and risk control business, natural resources and infrastructure, real estate, etc.

Career

Mr. Han enjoys a high reputation and popularity in the field of construction law in China. Prior to joining the City Development Law firm, Mr. Han was the General Counsel of some well-known enterprises such as Greenland Group and Baosteel Group. He currently serves as an arbitrator of "the Belt and Road" (China) Court of Arbitration, Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, Zhuhai Court of International Arbitration, Hangzhou Arbitration Commission, International Arbitration Court of Ganjiang New District and other arbitration institutions, and he is the deputy director of EPC Arbitration Center.
