• Represented Henan Country Garden Real Estate Co., Ltd. in a joint venture contract dispute for the real estate development against Movement Realty Aesthetic Architecture (Henan) Co., Ltd. The litigation subject matter of the case was about CNY 1.2 billion.
• Represented Henan Provincial State-controlled Indemnificatory Housing Construction Investment Co., Ltd. in the equity transferring dispute and loan contract dispute against Henan Mangrove Real Estate Co., Ltd. The subject matter of the two cases totaled about CNY 2 billion.
