Kristoffer Löf is global co-chair of Mannheimer Swartling’s Dispute Resolution practice group and a member of the firm’s industry groups for Energy and Construction, Infrastructure and Industrial Projects.
He is also President of the Swedish Arbitration Association, past Chairman of Young Arbitrators Sweden (YAS), and a Member of the Advisory Board of Stockholm International Hearing Centre.
Kristoffer has experience from a wide range of areas and industry sectors, including: telecom; pharmaceuticals; joint ventures, shareholders’ and cooperation agreements; M&A; licensing, agency and distribution; machinery and equipment. He has a particular emphasis on energy/oil and gas, and construction disputes. He has worked on arbitrations under all major arbitral rules (including ICC, SCC, UNCITRAL, ICDR and LCIA). In addition to counsel assignments, Kristoffer regularly sits as arbitrator in commercial disputes.
