Fredrik Andretzky is a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group, and participates in the Private Equity industry sector group. He is also the chairman of the Financial Institutions industry group, and a member of the Insurance practice group, with focus also on corporate and regulatory matters. Fredrik Andretzky has over fifteen years of experience of advising clients on Swedish, Nordic and international transactions, in particular in sectors such as construction, energy, logistics, chemicals, wellness, pharmaceuticals, medtech, healthcare, IT, technology, media, asset management, banking, finance and insurance.
