Jan Holmius is a partner of Mannheimer Swartling and a member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity practice groups. Jan specialises in private M&A, in particular private equity, including acquisitions and divestments, spin-offs, joint ventures, strategic partnerships and restructurings. As one of Sweden’s most preeminent M&A and private equity lawyers, Jan has a recurring client base that includes many of Europe’s major private equity funds, along with other global players, financial actors and household names. Recent work highlights include several complex international divestments for private equity clients, which counted among the largest European deals in the respective industries.
