Gustav primarily advises on a wide range of debt capital markets transactions, from senior and high yield bonds, green and sustainability linked bonds, corporate debt restructuring and liability management to regulatory capital for financial institutions, commercial paper and MTN and EMTN programmes. He acts for both arrangers and issuers (including corporates, financial institutions, sponsors and their portfolio companies and public sector entities).
Gustav also has significant experience in acquisition finance, real estate finance and corporate lending, where he regularly advises lenders, borrowers and other relevant parties in domestic and cross-border transactions and other matters.
Gustav is a board member of the Nordic Capital Markets Forum and regularly teaches and lectures at Swedish universities on various financial law topics.
