Henrik Dock is the Managing Partner of Mannheimer Swartling and a member of the firm’s Board of Directors.
Henrik joined the firm in 2011 and has been a partner since 2020. As part of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group, he has been recognised as one of Sweden’s leading lawyers in the field of M&A.
Prior to taking on his current role, Henrik specialised in private M&A. He advised on acquisitions and divestments, joint ventures, strategic partnerships and restructurings, and had considerable experience in complex business carve-outs. He also advised on a number of high-profile international transactions in this area.
His client base included long-standing corporate clients and recurring private equity firms across a range of industries. He regularly advised on transaction structuring and management incentive programmes and was an active member of the firm’s Private Equity industry group.
