Kristine brings 25 years of legal experience to Fern Law. Since her first year in law school, she knew she wanted to be in the courtroom advocating for clients. Crafting a solution that empowers her clients is her focus. Kristine deeply understands clients' needs and genuinely cares about every file.
As someone who learns more by doing, Kristine moved into the area of estate planning in order to be a become a better estate litigator. She now has discovered the joy in assisting families plan for the future and avoid the disputes that dominate her litigation practice.
Life is complicated. As such, family law issues permeate the estate world. Kristine has focused her practice on assisting in these complex and nuanced scenarios.
Kristine is also a mediator who works with parties to obtain powerful solutions built on respect.
