An effective litigator, Aly is ready to argue contentious matters in Court when necessary. Although Aly often recommends Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) as a means to avoid formal Court processes, he recognizes that negotiated or mediated resolutions are not always possible. In his role as an advocate, Aly has represented creditors, charities, Trust Companies, and the Ontario Public Guardian and Trustee.
