Mr. O’Shea’s primary clients are private equity funds, investment banks, asset managers, and bank and non-bank lenders. Since The John Hancock Tower acquisition in 2009, he has become one of the leading market experts in UCC foreclosures and loan-to-own strategies for opportunistic investors. Mr. O’Shea regularly acts as a litigation expert witness in these areas and teaches a course on distressed real estate investing at Columbia Business School.
