Advising an airport in relation to a multi-million-pound breach of contract claim.
Advising the International Tin Association as the Defendant to an abuse of dominance competition claim in the Competition Appeal Tribunal where the Claimant was seeking damages of USD$25 million.
Advising an international investment fund on the settlement of a deferred consideration dispute where the sums being claimed were in excess of €6 million.
Advising a municipal utilities company in relation to a complex joint venture/shareholder dispute which was ultimately resolved by way of an asset sale with a value in excess of $1 billion.

Kelly is Of Counsel in the Litigation and Arbitration team, recognised as a key lawyer by Legal 500. She has significant experience of dealing with complex and high value commercial disputes in a range of sectors. Kelly regularly acts for large corporations, shareholders and directors advising on a broad range of legal issues, including contractual and tortious claims, shareholder/director disputes, claims for misrepresentation, and breach of warranty matters. Kelly has conducted major cases in the various divisions of the High Court and the Court of Appeal. She also has extensive experience of assisting clients with resolving disputes and negotiating settlements using various alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation. From an advisory perspective, Kelly regularly supports client with crisis management issues including, investigations and delivering Dawn Raid training.
