Alex has extensive experience in advising clients on the acquisition and divestment of sites with complex environmental issues and on developing strategies for the mitigation/management of the associated risks, including the use of environmental insurance. She has undertaken due diligence for clients in a range of heavily regulated sectors including waste, chemicals and manufacturing. Alex often works closely with technical consultants to identify and assess the potential environmental legal liabilities associated with sites and business operations.
