Keat Ching was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1998. She is currently a partner in the Employment & Industrial Relations practice group.

She handles a litigation portfolio of civil and industrial relations (IR) matters and has advised from the perspective of both employer and employee. She also conducts seminars and training on IR/employment issues.

She co-authored the Malaysia Chapter of Global Legal Insights Employment & Labour Law, 2nd Edition.
