Katie Lowe

Katie undertakes all aspects of family law work but with particular emphasis on the financial aspects of divorce. Katie has a wealth of experience of dealing with cases involving substantial assets including businesses, international assets, pensions and inherited wealth. Katie regularly advises on pre and postnuptial agreements. Katie also advises upon arrangements for children upon relationship breakdown and the financial provision for children.

Katie trained at Pannone and Partners where she qualified in 2007 and remained working until she joined JMW in July 2016. Katie became a partner in May 2017.

Katie is a committee member of Manchester Resolution, a network of family lawyers.

Katie often comments in legal and national press on family law issues.

Katie lives in Manchester. She enjoys travel, theatre and keeping fit. Katie is a keen cyclist.
