Kathryn Fuller

Kathryn’s practice focuses on the asset management industry. She is recognized for her expertise in advising Canadian investment fund managers, dealers and advisors on legal issues relating to the establishment and administration of public and private investment funds in Canada and offshore, as well as advising international managers and advisors on offering and advising investment funds in Canada. She acts for industry participants on registrant regulation and compliance matters, including conflict of interest issues. She also advises on M&A transactions in the asset management industry.
