Kate Collier

Kate specialises in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) law with a particular focus on the mining and construction industries. She has extensive experience in representing employers in relation to OHS matters in various forums, preparing OHS legal documents and agreements, providing regulatory advice and conducting OHS due diligence and legal compliance systems audits. Kate has a particular interest in the impact and management of workplace health and safety risks in commercial transactions including large disposals or acquisitions of businesses. She is an accomplished speaker and regularly presents at industry and client seminars on OHS topics. She has written on compliance with, and amendments to, OHS legislation.
