Bartosz has been dealing with personal data protection for many years. He advises leading Polish and foreign businesses in this field. He is the author of numerous publications and popular science articles, and a speaker at numerous conferences in Poland and abroad on personal data protection. He publishes in, inter alia, ABI Expert and the periodical supplement to CH Beck's MoP devoted to personal data issues. A Doctor of Laws, his dissertation, published by CH Beck, was dedicated to personal data protection in the EU and the USA. Bartosz is one of the founding members of the Polish Association of Data Protection Practitioners, serves as a DPO and chairs the Meritas Data Protection Practice working group. He lectures in MBA courses at Koźmiński University in Warsaw.
