Kondracki Celej advised FlyFocus on its EUR 4,5 million first intstitutional funding round to scale its "Made in Europe" drone production.
The round was led by ff Venture Capital, with participation from NCBR Investment Fund ASI S.A., and marks a significant milestone for one of Poland’s leading UAV suppliers. The investment will finance a new dedicated manufacturing facility in Poland, international expansion, and the development of two new drone platforms.
FlyFocus designs, manufactures, and supports its unmanned aerial systems entirely in-house, using exclusively NATO-aligned components. Its platforms are battlefield-tested in Ukraine and actively used by both the Polish and Ukrainian Ministries of Defence, reflecting the company’s strong operational credibility and commitment to European technology sovereignty.
Kondracki Celej advised FlyFocus on all legal aspects of the transaction. The transaction was led by Rafał Celej, with support from Karolina Piotrowska-Andryszczyk and Martyna Mirek.
