The round was led by Digital Ocean Ventures and RIO ASI Family Office Rafał Brzoska. Other investors included b2venture as well as experienced business angels — Lech Kaniuk, Damian Zaplata, Zbigniew Łukasiak, Sławomir Nitek, Krzysztof Gibek, and Paweł Maj (Vestbee).
The transaction was led by Karolina Piotrowska-Andryszczyk, supported by Gabriela Lewicka and Kamila Banaś, providing comprehensive legal advice to the company and its founders at every stage of the process — from structuring and negotiating the investment documentation to closing the round.
