Karianne Evje Skiaker

Karianne Evje Skiaker is part of Haavind’s restructuring and insolvency team. In 2017, she was recognised and appointed as a trustee by Oslo Bankruptcy Court. Skiaker has since received several appointments as trustee of bankruptcy estates, Her recent appointments demonstrate her recognition and trust of the Oslo District Court as trustee for more extensive and complex cases.

In addition to restructuring and insolvency, Skiaker specialises in debt recovery, debt negotiations and enforcement proceedings. She regularly acts on behalf of major real estate developers in such matters and handles insolvency-related liability claims and litigation.
