Kari Bergeius Andersen heads Ræder Bing’s Employment practice and joined the firm in 2024 from the specialist employment law boutique Helmr AS, where she was a leading partner and recognised by Legal 500.
She advises Norwegian and international clients on a broad range of employment matters, with particular experience in reorganisations, redundancies and complex workplace issues, including termination processes, sick leave and whistleblowing cases. She is regularly involved in cross-border matters and provides strategic advice to management and HR functions.
Bergeius Andersen is known for her pragmatic and commercially focused approach, assisting clients in navigating sensitive and complex employment situations.
She is also a widely used speaker and lecturer, frequently engaged by organisations such as HR Norge, Regnskap Norge, NITO and the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment (FFI).
