He is particularly recognised for his role as closing agent, and is frequently instructed by leading law firms, including Band 1 practices, to manage settlement processes in large and complex transactions. This reflects a high level of trust in his technical expertise, precision and ability to execute transactions efficiently.

Utne combines strong commercial insight with deep sector knowledge, advising investors, developers and asset managers across sectors including logistics, retail and real estate investment. He maintains close working relationships with financing banks, brokers and other key market participants.

In addition to his transactional work, he plays an active strategic advisory role, including through involvement in real estate investment structures across Scandinavia.
