Juliette Huyzer is partner and co-founder of HDK Advocaten.
Juliette has expertise in a wide range of employment law related matters, such as collective dismissals, international mergers and reorganisations, harmonization of employee benefits and transfer of undertakings. Juliette is known for her skills in negotiating with (or on behalf of) trade unions, works councils and managing directors.
Juliette studied law at the University of Utrecht and has practised law since 1996. Prior to founding her own law firm, which shortly thereafter developed into HDK, Juliette practised law with large distinguished (international) law firms. In 2000, she completed her post-doctoral education in labour law (PALA) at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
Juliette is a member of several professional organizations, such as VAAN (The Dutch Employment Lawyers Association) and VAAA (The Amsterdam Employment Lawyers Association). Earlier in her career, she was elected Board member of the Young Bar Association in Rotterdam.
Juliette speaks Dutch and English.
