She has been practicing in the area of capital markets for decades, with a focus on M&A, securities and private equity investment, mainly in the sectors of healthcare, pharmaceuticals & life sciences, energy & power, environmental protection, real estate, urban infrastructure, logistics industry and Information and intelligent technology. Her involvement in Shanghai Pharma Health’s acquisition of KDL Pharmacy and Baiji Pharmacy earned her the recognition by 2021 IFLR1000 China Awards.
