Juan M. Diehl Moreno

He is the head of the FinTech Department and partner in the firm’s Banking & Corporate Finance Department.He has experience in foreign investments, M&A, banking, FX, capital controls, financial services regulations, and capital markets law. In the last years, digital innovation has had an unprecedented impact on financial services, which has led Juan to take an active role in providing full spectrum strategic legal advice to a wide range of Fintech innovators and financial institutions. Many of these pioneering clients need advice while developing and adopting products and services such as crowdfunding, e-payment platforms, DLT and cryptoassets, tokenization and digital banking. Juan’s professional practice is also focused on local and international financial and commercial transactions including M&A, bilateral and syndicated loans, debt restructuring, structuring of trusts, real estate, foreign exchange markets, IPOs, and public and private debt issues.
