Juan Antonio Pérez Rivarés joined Uría Menendez in 1997. He heads the Corporate Practice Area in our Barcelona office.
His practice focusses on the sale, acquisition and (re)financing of large real estate and mortgage portfolios, property management platforms, prominent buildings and developments.
Juan Antonio has over 20 years of experience advising sellers and purchasers on complex asset and share transactions. Sellers he represents include banks in their transactions in Spain and abroad. In terms of buyers, he acts for national and international investors, including family offices and Barcelona-based, London-based and US-based real state funds.
In addition to his transactional work, Juan Antonio possesses significant expertise in leases, construction, real estate financing and restructuring.
